We have broad African group experience.
Your group tour leader’s park fees, accommodations, safari, and excursions are complimentary when booking 8+ people. Your leader pays their own airfare to and from Africa, insurance, visas, covid requirements, tips, and incidentals.
We provide the group’s transportation in Africa pertaining to the safari package you choose, which may include any or all of the following: transportation by bus, safari vehicles, hot air balloon flights, private air charters, boat trips, horseback riding, etc.
Park entrance fees are pre-paid as part of your deposit. This expedites your entry into each game park. We are organized and take care of the details that can slow a group down.
Premium sundowners on evening game drives. Gin and tonics and exceptional South African wines are favored.
Our team will meet your group upon arrival and assign a guide to each mini-group with specific game viewing interests. We like to keep the birders together. Others are interested only in elephants or predators. This means each group chooses what they want to see on safari and the hours and time they want to be out on their game drive. With everyone’s schedules, we provide breakfast or lunch in the bush with picnic baskets for the day.

For your last night, we put together a bush dinner by campfire with an excellent chef, fine South African wines, entertainment, and Maasai security.
Our helicopter and fixed-wing bush pilots can access larger aircraft and additional pilots as needed for your group’s flights while in Africa.
We have a large team of seasoned owner guides trained in bush logistics and customer service. We predominately use 4x4 Landcruisers; however, 4x4 safari vans are available upon request.
