After an agreement on your price, a deposit will be required to confirm your dates and safari package. The deposit amount depends on each vendor’s payment requirements ~ we go with the most stringent. Most lodges & camps require full payment within 3 weeks of booking, which we collect in the initial deposit. Depending on your package, we’ll confirm the terms prior to booking.
Wire Transfers: Wire transfers are made directly into our East African commercial bank account. Our wiring instructions and invoice are emailed to you with our bank’s information and particulars.
The cancellation fees depend on your safari accommodations, helicopter, or bush plane’s cancellation policies. We advise you of their cancellation policies prior to booking.
